The facts of this case are fully stated in an opinion rendered by us today entitled: Isaac E. Boggs v. L. K. Transfer Co., Inc., 11 So.2d 262 .
For the reasons given in that case, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed that the judgment be, and it is, affirmed at the cost of plaintiff.
Affirmed.
