Per CURIAM.
The facts in this case are substantially the same as In re Moyer, (ante, p. 250, 85 Pac. 190 ), just decided by this court, and upon the authority of that case, and for the reasons therein stated, the writ is quashed, and the prisoner remanded to the custody of the officer.
