The assignments of-error in this case, except where expressly abandoned, are controlled adversely to the plaintiff in error by the cases of Jones v. Hicks, 150 Ga. 657 , and Neville v. State, 152 Ga. 205 , and the authorities therein cited.
Judgment affirmed.
