LOTTINGER, Judge.
This suit was consolidated for purposes of trial with another suit entitled, Charles Carter & Company, Inc. v. Charles W. Hogg Company, Inc., Number 11717, on the Docket of this Court, 355 So.2d 16 . For the reasons given in the opinion this day rendered in Suit No. 11717, the judgment of the Trial Court is affirmed. All costs to be paid by appellant.
AFFIRMED.
