WRIGHT, Presiding Judge.
In accord with the judgment of the Supreme Court of Alabama, rendered on July 19, 1985, 477 So.2d 417 , the judgment of this court heretofore rendered on May 30, 1984, 477 So.2d 413 , is set aside and the judgment of the Circuit Court of Mobile County, Alabama, entered in a consolidated action November 15, 1983, is hereby reinstated and affirmed.
AFFIRMED.
