HOLMES, Judge.
The prior opinion of this court, 477 So.2d 419 , has been reversed and remanded by the Supreme Court of Alabama, 477 So.2d 422 . On remand to this court, and in compliance with the supreme court’s opinion of July 3, 1985, this cause is now affirmed.
AFFIRMED.
WRIGHT, P.J., and BRADLEY, J., concur.
